Okay I thought getting back into my old weight loss plan would be really easy…turns out its not! Whilst 3 months of eating right was good to get into it also takes just as much time to get out after 10 weeks in the states eating at very odd times and in very different environments!
I have officially gained half what I lost :[ I am told you cant notice but I am feeling it so I notice!
Plus it doesn’t help that I have NOTHING to do with my time so I am sitting on my bum all day watching films or TV shows in bulk. so my advice for any one is keep as busy as you can, work at much as you can find a hobby that keeps you busy, have a wander around town, write a book, tidy your room, rearrange your room!
I have been doing good with my Couch-5K programme I am now on week 2 completed workout 1 this morning and I am really liking it, when i get downhearted I will enter into a race to keep me motivated!
So to get back into my clean healthy lifestyle rules I am doing to write them on my wall and tick them off each day or week depending on the regularity of them but my main one is no carbs after 4pm i think it was the keystone in consistent weight loss before, I just have to be strict.
Although saying that, I never wanted to be strict, that’s not what I wanted to inflict on myself…the pressure. I found before that I didn’t WANT to comfort eat or be bad. The plan i had felt so easy and enjoyable and I concluded it was due to my hypnosis that dealt with issues that caused me to comfort eat, Now i fear those issues are resurfacing or new ones are taking their place. Or maybe it is the winter season approaching…not sure it could be anything.
